I joined Alice along with my two neighbours last year but we are getting very very slow broadband speeds - sometimes as low as 0.4 mps.

Is there anything that can be done to achieve a hi ...

An update:

I plugged the Alice box in and the spinning caterpillar turned into the clock. Success.

I have been able to access the wifi network and I have an internet connection. Success.

Seconds after I wrote that the box arrived! Is the line ready for set-up? Can I plug in the box?

Ah ok. I was just worried that it has got stuck in the system as I've been on stage 4 for almost a week now. Presumably there is no way to chase up Alice to send the box?

thanks - it seems to have got stuck on that stage for some reason. Doesn't appear that the box has been sent yet.

Stages 1 - 4 now have the green tick!

Any idea how long it takes for the box to be sent out?
