bonjour....malheureusement, ils n'ont pas telephoner hier...tant mieux car ma mere n'y etait pas. Par contre elle est la aujourdhui.

ps quand ils nous appelent, ma mere va me contacter sur l'autre ligne....comme ca on va essayer de faire toutes les manipulations

how do you check if Alice called? if they called on your other house's line, can you know it?

Well my mum leaves the answer machine on when she ever goes out and there was no message....of course..this does not necessarily mean that they did not call as I guess it can be discerned that it is an answer machine so no message is left in such circumstances. It is rare she is absent.

ps I have sent you results of two tests 12 march and today by message privé. I hope you don't mind on this occasion ...it is to give you a good idea of the disconnections. It takes me forever...as I lose connection frequently whilst doing it. Also I must apologise....I called you Josh...in the mp....it was an autocorrect which I did 't pick up...sorry.

i received your informations by PM.
I transmited them to our corporates on the forum... but currently, the biggest problem is that Alice can't contact somebody by phone to make some test on your alicebox.

Can't? Why not? My mother spoke with Antoine and she explained to him that she didn't understand and needed her daughter. I said to her that she should speak to Antoine and call me on the Alice line at the same time ...so that I could help her along. Is there anything I can ask her to do now and report back?

I am thinking....that Alice Service Technician needs to 'take over the computer' to carry out the tests...is that it? I can do that from here if that is any help ..ie Alice calls my mother....she calls me at the same time....Alice asks her to let Alice take over the computer....my mother tells me...and I allow access?!?!?????

The only thing that worries me is that there are continuous disconnections but we might just get something done in a tiny window of opportunity whilst connected

I'm sorry, our technicians told us that they saw on your case some calls without answer, i don't know what really happened.
About Antoine, I suppose he is a technician of Alice's back office, it's not necessary to talk with him again, every technician can manage your case
by the way, alice doesn't need to actions on computer, they just need someone can does things on the Alicebox during the phone call. Can your mother will do what you will tell to her if you have a conference call?

Yes absolutely....clearly if it is a matter of her ...for example...pressing the reset button...or unplugging the AliceBox and plugging it back in..... No problem .... Just a little patience and speaking slowly for her and realising that physically jumping up and down to get under the table takes longer for older people!!!

yes, more or less.
the previous case was closed by Alice because backoffice couldn't contact your mother by phone.
So noreto_free (our corporate) opened a new case, and he changed your phone contact (was the cell) by the secondary house's line (+334...). So backoffice should call again your mother to make some tests.

Thankyou Joss. I will call her and let her know. I don't suppose it will be today, but one never knows. I am finding it a bit tricky to log on to her computer. I don't suppose you have an idea of what the problem could be with the internet dropping non stop?

Aye aye aye....Alice called today at 12:38 and my dear Mama was absent. I think she has a young computer wizard and French coming over later at 18:00 and I guess the first requirement would be for him to call 1033? What do you think.??...a big problem being that the internet cuts out every few seconds. Do you think that Alice can actually make any changes at their end or do they send down an instruction to the AliceBox...to change ports or values? I am so worried about this. Believe me when I tell you that I am most grateful for all your help.
